Kid's Crave Meal
It is scientifically proven that when kids feel they have some participation when it comes to their meals, they are less likely to revert to carbs, carbs, and more carbs.
That being said, we’ve got some suggestions, but feel free to let us know what your kids are craving. We can put a healthy spin on it, just let us know in the comments.
“Better than Chik fil a” bites, comes with french fries and a honey mustard sauce
KY Proud Burger- grass-fed burger patty with waffle fries, organic american cheese and a gluten free bun. Let us know if you’d like any additional condiments or a pickle. (or two)
Buttered Lexington Pasta noodles, served with everything on the side, including parsley, parmesan cheese, and your choice of grilled chicken or shrimp for a boost of protein.
Taco Lasagna- grass-fed ground beef, mild salsa, cheddar cheese, cassava tortillas. Not spicy, not too crazy, and a family favorite. Sour cream served on the side.
